REFUNDS & RETURNS

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS BOUGHT IN STORE

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for in store purchases. All items can be tried and inspected for damanges in store.

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS WITH A VALUE OF £100 OR LESS

We do not offer any returns or exchanges for items with a value of less than £100 or less (excluding postage). 

REFUNDS FOR ITEMS WITH A VALUE OF £101 OR MORE

We can offer cash refunds for items valued at £101 or higher. Please note that in cases where the total order value exceeds £101 but consists of items with individual values below £101, no cash refund is available.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with the REVIVA tag (and any original brand tags if applicable) still attached. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back in our studio, and therefore we suggest you send it back using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service.

A return should be done within 14 days of receiving the item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@revivacollection.com

Please note, there are NO returns for in-store purchases.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders shipped to outside of the UK, any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping costs. These charges vary by country and are determined by the customs authorities of the destination.

If, upon delivery, you refuse to pay the applicable customs charges and the order is consequently returned to us, a refund will not be processed. For specific information about customs charges in your country, please reach out to your local customs office. They can provide details on applicable fees and regulations.
