  • 3. We will then arrange the best option to get the clothes to us via drop-off or collection
  • 4. We then price your items for you to review and approve.

We then sell your items in our shop and online.

We accept men and women’s clothing and accessories. Please see below for a list of items we do not accept.

  • We do not accept:
  • Cami tops
  • Crop tops
  • Used swimwear
  • Heavily worn shoes
  • Used gym gear & tracksuits
  • Scratched sunglasses
  • Bobbly jumpers
  • Tote bags
  • We do not have a specific list. We will review your clothing on a item-by-item basis. As a sustainable brand for higher for higher end clothing, we do not accept items from fast-fashion brands (e.g. NastyGal, ASOS, Shein, H&M).

  • Once you have discussed your items with one of the team members we have 3 easy options for you:
  • Option 1:
  • You can drop your items either at our shop in Notting Hill (90 Golborne Road, W10 5PS)
  • Option 2:
  • We can collect your items straight  from your door if you are based in London (for a small fee depending on location)
  • Option 3: If you live outside of London, you will need to post your items at your own cost

Yes, we require a minimum of 10 items per seller before we can arrange a collection or drop off. Exceptions can be made for certain high-value items, so please get in touch if you have any questions.  

In the event that your item has not been sold after 1 month, the sale price of the item will be reduced by 15%. If the item has not sold after 2 months, the price of if the item wil be reduced by 30% in total. This will be done automatically.

In the event that your item has not been sold after 3 months, we will contact you to outline your options.

  • The items can be returned to the seller either by collection or postal (seller will be responsible for the postage fee).
  • The items can remain on site, subject to the approval of the REVIVA team.
  • The items can also be donated to charity.

We have a team dedicated to assessing the condition of the items and analysing the current resale market. If you have a price in mind for a specific item we can take this into account. We will make price reductions at the 1-month and 3-month marks (if they haven’t sold). Please note that our selling fees are at the bottom of our selling page

We take 60% commission of each item sold. When an item sells we transfer you 40% of the sale price. For more expensive items, we will reduce our commission. We can discuss commissions on a piece by piece basis.

We will transfer sellers earnings at the end of each month.

No, all items must sent to REVIVA to upload to the website.
