Learn everything you need to know to sell with REVIVA

Sell your items in 3 easy steps:

  1. Contact us via Instagram (@reviva_collection) or email
    (revivacollection@gmail.com
  2. We will ask you to send a few photos of your items via WhatsApp.
  3. We will then arrange the best option to get the clothes to us via drop-off or
    collection.
  4. We then list your items for you. Sit back, relax and wait for your items to sell.

It couldn’t be easier to sell your clothes with REVIVA. Forget the days of uploading, messaging and posting – we do it all for you!

We accept men and women’s clothing and accessories that are in good condition. Please see below for a list of items we do not accept.

We do not accept:

  • Cami tops
  • Crop tops
  • Used swimwear
  • Heavily worn shoes
  • Used gym gear & tracksuits
  • Scratched sunglasses
  • Bobbly jumpers
  • Tote bags
  • We do not have a specific list. We will review your clothing on a item-by-item basis. As a sustainable brand for higher for higher end clothing, we do not accept items from fast-fashion brands (e.g. NastyGal, ASOS, Shein, H&M).

Once you have discussed your items with one of the team members we have 3 easy options for you:

Option 1:

  • You can drop your items either at Shoreditch (near Old Street), South Kensington, Kentish Town or Putney

Option 2:

  • We can collect your items straight  from your door if you are based in London (for a small fee depending on location)

Option 3:

  • If you live outside of London, you will need to post your items at your own cost

Yes, we require a minimum of 10 items per seller before we can arrange a collection or drop off. Exceptions can be made for certain high-value items, so please get in touch if you have any questions.  

In the event that your item has not been sold after 3 months, the sale price of the item will be reduced by 15%. This will be done automatically.

In the event that your item has not been sold after 12 months, we will contact you to outline your options.

  • The items can be returned to the seller. This will incur a base fee of £10; furthermore, an additional £4 will be charged per item to cover the costs of steaming, cleaning and storage.
  • The items can remain on site, subject to the approval of the REVIVA team.
  • The items can also be donated to charity.

We have a team dedicated to assessing the condition of the items and analysing the current resale market. If you have a price in mind for a specific item we can take this into account. We will make price reductions at the 3-month and 6-month marks (if they haven’t sold).

We take 40% commission of each item sold. When an item sells we transfer you 60% of the sale price. We will transfer sellers earnings at the end of each month.

We will transfer sellers earnings at the end of each month. If you do not heard from REVIVA then none of your items have sold.

No, all items must sent to REVIVA to upload to the website. 

Buyer FAQ's

You can return any item you are unhappy with for store credit. This should be done within 14 days of receiving the item, and you will receive a voucher to your email equivalent to the original in-store purchase value.

Cash refunds can be issued for items (not orders) valued at £100 or higher.

Please note that in cases where the total order value exceeds £100 but consists of items with individual values below £100, the refund will be made in the form of store credit.

You will have the order tracking number and check the real time tracking with relavent courier company.

Yes, we only accept items from sellers that are clean and in good condition. 

Yes, we take great care to ensure that all items are in good condition. We inspect each piece for any signs of wear or damage and only list items that meet our quality standards. If there are any slight marks, we will add the detail to the product listing.

We offer international shipping. Please check our shipping information or contact our customer service for details on international shipping options.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure online payment options. You can choose the one that's most convenient for you.

No, REVIVA is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). We do not provide financial advice and therefore our business activities do not require FCA regulation as we do not provide financial services or products that fall within their regulatory scope
